In the 2024 draft , in the first two rounds, the Raiders had two players drop to them unexpectedly, and probably even more unexpectedly, the Raiders took them.

Expect good things from both. Whats good about this past draft is that happened, but also the Raiders "overdrafted" Glaze, and it looks like he can be a player for us as well. Strong start for Tommy.

I don't think Minshew has been good, but he hasn't really been the biggest issue either.

He won't fix the fact we have the worst rushing offense in the league.

For a team that preaches how good they want their DL to be, and they want it to come in waves of rotation, they really did not add enough in the offseason. I looked the other way while we had Koonce even though I still would've added depth, but he goes down and you do nothing but add a practice squad player?

The staff didn't think it would be wise to call up another edge for this game? Gotta protect Maxx from himself.

One of the worst run games I've ever seen.

For the first time this season it looks like we will have our entire OL ready to play. As we've seen with Miller, coming off injuries are a process so this will not be a finished product, but at least the process is starting.

We are still the better team, but we know how the Raiders are, at least in the past...

I do think Dalton gives them a better chance to win, so I was originally looking forward to playing Young.

Kolton is like three weeks into playing football again for the first time since last year. I thought he would look better than he has, but I'm expecting him to improve as the season gets goes on.

I don't know what changed from Week 1 and the first half, but lets keep this new approach going.

This DL is so good right now. Hopefully Koonce can come back sooner rather than later, because another legit edge on this DL and it could be really elite.

Lewis is definitely there, as someone stated he was on the sideline and will be considering he is on the staff. Coughlin is nothing but a friendly mentor/advisor for Pierce for times not during the game.

I could both see us getting blown out and then also Gardner scoring 3 TDs in a high scoring game.

Buckle up, this year with him at QB will have plenty of both highs and lows.

Great news to see our left side of the line start to get healthy. Lets hope he is good and ready to go for the opener.

Is it just me or are we adding character to the roster? I don't mean integrity or such, but more people who are characters. Coach Pierce is certainly full of character, Maxx and now Gardner. I am probably reaching a bit but whenever we are good/great, we almost always had those kinds of guys. Don't forget about this one either.

Vinny mentioning on the radio today that Minshew really took a step forward in costa mesa while AOC struggled with bad decisions and turned the ball over more.

Can definitely say I was surprised by this, but he does offer us probably a lot more flash plays. Probably more negatives as well though.

Vinny on the radio this morning is saying that the starters will play a good amount tomorrow, probably the most we've seen in the last few years.

I did a watch back and it seems while he isn't losing reps, he doesn't really win them either. His bull rush is all he currently has, but it is good enough that he will at least push the OL back a few yards.

I do think he is thinking too much a bit and needs more reps to get comfortable. I'm hoping they really let him loose this week and give him a bunch of snaps.

Overall, both QBs had a solid showing. Both have issues, but no one here is expecting them to be a top QB so.

I feel like they should give him even more reps during these games. Let him get as comfortable as possible.

Disappointed in the lack of coverage of the JPJ situation. By all accounts, he has been out because of a concussion. When did this occur? How long has he had a concussion? If its taking this long it could be career threatening like Nick Roach from a decade ago.
