I would BEG Pete Carroll to be HC. He is the only guy that has the ability to make this team better than he found it quickly.

Tom Brady epitomizes everything prime Al Davis believed in, he’s the perfect person to lead this franchise out of the darkness we’ve been in and it’s definitely time to move past seeing him as the enemy and instead see him as what he is now, which is leader of the Las Vegas Raiders. The success that follows will be because of him and he deserves the opportunity to do the job (this is not a quick fix) before we rush to judgement. Check out the new guy jumping right in. Getting rid of decent players for draft picks is insane. NFL is about winning football games not busting a nut over how many draft picks you have and who you might get to pick. I feel like I operate on a different metric than most Raider fans. I really don't care about Maxx beyond his positive contribution to the team. He's a fantastic player but we're not winning shit with him, so I would probably trade him for a QB in a heartbeat. I think if you're close enough you trade everything besides him because he's our most valuable asset, but nothing about Maxx is taking him off the table in my eyes. But then again, I don't find joy out of pounding my chest every time he gets a sack. You keep Maxx and you trade picks to get the QB
