I feel like I operate on a different metric than most Raider fans. I really don't care about Maxx beyond his positive contribution to the team. He's a fantastic player but we're not winning shit with him, so I would probably trade him for a QB in a heartbeat. I think if you're close enough you trade everything besides him because he's our most valuable asset, but nothing about Maxx is taking him off the table in my eyes. But then again, I don't find joy out of pounding my chest every time he gets a sack. You keep Maxx and you trade picks to get the QB
