The team sure has given him everything needed to be successful on offense. I have said before, they keep drafting offense and spending heavily on the line for him. 7 years later, still an average QB and no playoff appearances or wins. But we'll just keep the same formula going for him...ugh. Highly doubtful we'll sniff playoffs in year 8 again. You’re looking at it all wrong. It’s ONLY year 8 of the 20 year redeconstruction rebuild plan. Nobody has any patience anymore.

I’m not going weird here but I don’t read Keys words as bashing the Raiders at all. I take it to mean something along the lines of maybe being cut is what will make him reinvent his attitude and be the wake up call he needs to excel his game. I don’t think it will work for his football skills but I still don’t read it as “bashing” the Raiders. Maybe it’s because when I was in my early 20’s I found myself in jail one night and it allowed me to reassess my life for a few hours. Without going into details, looking back, going to jail that night may have been the best thing that happened to me as it forced me to make a decision to go left or right at the fork in the road I was traveling. Too sappy?

Since they took over our place of business back in 06 I have not seen one single solitary big time union rep show up. They appointed a bunch of over worked employees from our company as volunteer shop stewards who neither have the energy of knowledge to properly support us.

Not one has shown up now in 15 years and they make a TON of money off of us. Was a longtime member of a local IAFF......scam city. I could tell stories but it will lock this thread so Ill stop here.

I’m getting old enough to realize I’m living long enough to see things I would never believe I would see............one of which would be witnessing Raider fans discussing “ebikes” and “ecars”.

I have the sudden urge to grab a beer and turn on a John Wayne movie.

Some here like myself remember having a roster so stacked we actually could draft for depth and development. We were ALL optimistic. It would be amazing to be able to talk about adding that one player that would round out the roster for a SB run. It would be great if we could compliment all phases of the game, if we could get back to a point when we are suprised when we loose. When we spend Monday- Saturday talking about the 10 amazing plays made by the team or how we have been so dominant the past 10 weeks.
Those days are LONG gone. This team has been in flux so for so long, its barely worth even getting to know a player, because he will be gone the next season. Its a place a random player will come in for a quick pay day.
As of right now only 20 players are under contract for 2022. That means a shit load of turn over yet again. It just gets really old and predictable watching the failure. All part of the 20 year master redeconstruction plan. Have patience

Disney is always a blast for me. The first time I went I was 6 and it was awesome, the last time I went I was 46 and it was awesome.

I'm tired of Carr excuses for his mediocrity I'm tired of everybody being blamed for failures except Carr. It's always coaching, drafting, oline, defense, play calling, weather, climate and God knows what else...but it is NEVER Carrs fault. I just want to win again. Gannon was our last winner......Carr is the best we have had since Gannon but he is no Gannon yet. Carr is the definition of extremely wealthy mediocrity. I wish I was paid so well for average performance.
