All good here. We were on the dry side of the storm. Only a little rain. Never lost power. A lot around us have no power but no real damage other than a few spots where small tornadoes popped up

Lousyana had a run of getting hit frequently. I’m sitting in a hotel as my house is waterfront and not sure about surge. I’m ok with it. Part of living here and I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

I keep watching and waiting but don't get too wrapped up in the whole thing. Been a fan for a long time. As a kid I would listen to Bill King on the radio as homes games, even sell outs, used to be blacked out,

I hold a 40 year + grudge. When they moved from Oakland to LA in 1982 I was pretty pissed. From the point on I do my best for the NFL to get none of my money. Only time I did was to take my son and daughter to one game each after the Raiders came back to Oakland. Otherwise, nada. Anything I have with Raiders on it is unauthorized.

For now, I watch football and like to see a good game. Bengals - Ravens was a great game to watch. Much better than watching two mediocre teams slog through a game. Also, maybe as you get older pro sports just becomes less important. I'm heading outside on a beautiful fall day.

Dan Campbell won 3 games his first season in Detroit. Im not impessed by AP so far but you need to give a coach two years. Those teams were actually in games and never gave up. You could also get the sense of direction and identity the team was going. This Raider team is just more of the same as it has been. Rutterless and no direction

My oldest kid is 32 and my youngest is 20 and I have one in the middle. None are Raider fans and I’m glad. Raiders have never given them anything to be excited about in their lifetimes lol. Yeah, similar situation here, and it sucks. Raiders football was a family thing for me when I was growing up, and I assumed it would be with my kids. They were born in '97, '99, and '00, and all came home from the hospital in Raiders onesies. None of them are Raiders fans, and the team never gave them a reason to be.

FWIW, they are all huge A's fans - their bar for team loyalty isn't that high, but the Raiders could never reach it.

Simply put as I’ve said before, the Raiders do not deserve the level of devotion that the fans give them.

I see this hobby as being a fan of a losing franchise, and maybe one day that will change. I’ve almost completely removed all emotional connection to this team, and I hardly care anymore if they win or lose. I listen to the games until the score gets out of reach and go on with my day. I’ll always be a fan, but I will not spend a dime on tickets to a game or fan gear until they show some sign of life.

Starting two rookie o-linemen that weren’t on the first team until the season was already underway isn’t helping. I imagine that could really negatively affect the rhythm of the offense. Not to mention the costly penalties. Maybe they will mature and adapt well during the season. I do see potential in them. Probably will happen just in time to keep us from being able to draft a decent QB.

Lost in today's debacle was the play of Brock Bowers. Not only was he effective as a blocker but he finished the game with 97 yards and a TD from the TE position. He's on pace to have a 1000 yard season and probably would have had 2 TDs and 100 yards had Minshew not overthrown him at the end zone. Bowers was a great draft pick now get the man a QB please.

That elite edge rusher sure made a difference today.

Crosby will more than likely have more sacks than the Raiders have wins this season. This isnt the NBA, one player only has so much impact, even a great one. You want to trade someone who is fantastic and actually lives and dies with the Raiders. Youre freaking nuts.

And again this isnt the NBA, you dont get rid of everyone on your roster to tank for a superstar draft pick.

Today the defense was fine until the pick 6. After the pick 6 I think the offense went 4 three and outs in a row and the defense wore down I think. Defense needs work for sure but the offense truly let them down big time today They were, but I believe that pick-6 happened with about 9 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. In the 2nd half they got their ass handed to them, and Bo Nix, who had 60 yards passing last week, looked like John Elway.

For this team to win games, the defense (unfortunately) has to play pretty damn well all game. If they fold, it’s over.

Steelers will be playing in their house in Vegas. I’ll be in Newport Beach (getting there about an hour before kickoff) and was seriously considering taking the tailgate tv to put on the back patio to watch the game by the sand.

I think I’ll leave it at home and just go in the ocean instead, probably a better and less frustrating usage of the family time :loltears:

Wow I figured everyone was to Disgusted to create a post game thread...this shit doesn't deserve a post game thread...I feel bad for young Raider fans because my advice to you is jump ship it's not worth the pain & misery of watching this shit-show week in week out do yourself a favor & find something worth pulling for because this franchise has hit ROCK Fucking Bottom!
