He's long gone, but damn, we could've had him and Minshew combined for about 1/3 of JimmyG's price and at worst gotten the same thing we're getting now; and what would've been even better is that if both were awful, we could've dumped them and suffered a pretty small cap hit.

But as long as this organization isn't willing to eat the shit sandwich it needs to in order to properly rebuild, we the fans are going to keep eating the shit sandwich. I was really irritated when we let Stidham walk.

We should trade for Stidham to get him back here.

I think its way too soon to start talking about a new head coach. Yeah we are all dissapointed in how this season has started, but its how our team responds to it going forward that will determine our teams future. Its a long season and if our team can start clicking these early games will become a distant memory. We can reflect on all of this towards the end of the season if we stil havent turned this ship around, until then we need to have faith that we have a good team and they will eventually get the kinks ironed out.

We still have time to turn it around. Something just seems wrong this season so far.

I have never seen a slow motion knee bend that far. It reminds me of a chicken leg being ripped off the thigh. Games with 2 rookie QB's are very boring.

Tyree Wilson caught up to a receiver late in the 4th qtr, showing his athleticism.

So far I'm not impressed at all, his get off is still bad and plays with no motor.

Crosby was a non-factor today as well, so I will put more blame on Crosby than Wilson for the lack of QB pressure. The other team knows Wilson sucks so they are throwing everything but the kitchen sink at Crosby. Crosby this season is getting on my nerves though with all of his leadership persona. Great players with real talent dont usually act like cheerleaders, thats when you know there is a problem with this team as a whole.

He's been underwhelming but I will cut him some slack for missing most of the preseason. If by midseason he's still invisible then I may start to get a little nervous. I get that it took Mack half a season to get going but he's the exception not the norm . Ferrell is the norm especially when it comes to Raiders drafting. Every game adds to the information we have on his progress. He did not get better from week 1 to week 2.

1. Run game is broken.
2. Raiders offense NEEDS to stretch the defense out more by going deep more often.
3. This bend but don't break defense is broken. Possibly if the D became a tad more aggressive, they might make a big play or two.

Overall, lack of aggressiveness on both sides of the ball makes this team rather bland and one that will fail to surprise anyone. Its like we are running some quasi prevent defense.

I mean this went exactly as expected.

Defence can’t get off the field. Just short passes and runs to the tune of getting doubled in time of possession. Buffalo’s punter hasn’t seen the field since their first drive.

Offence is basically the same as last week except against a quality opponent. No run game, really no deep passing attack. The short stuff doesn’t look easy. Refusal to pass over the middle. And basically no margin for error since every time they punt it’ll be 8+ minutes and a steeper hole to climb out of before they see the field again.

The whole a wins a win thing last week… if you can barely beat Denver it’s not surprising you’d get smoked by Buffalo This was an ugly loss, its worse than just a blowout. It exposed some serious flaws in our team that cant be fixed this season.

If things don't change, that'll happen regardless. No agent wants to get a rep of abandoning clients when things go south, but everyone has their breaking point. If Chandler's agent has to spend all his time putting out easily preventable fires, at some point he'll decide #55's no longer worth the trouble. Agents are extremely greedy and unscruptulous though, its really tough for them to let go of even a penny.

If his "big secret" is that Mark likes cocaine and strippers, we already knew that.

If he tells us Mark is gay, nobody will care.
