Get yourself some pork belly...... cube it and make pork belly burn ends.
I fry my thick cut bacon in my cast iron on the grill...set it aside...thenI cook my burgers in the bacon grease and put the bacon on top to finish.

Lay it out on a wire rack..(spray the rack with Pam 1st or you'll have a sticky ass mess that's hard to get off)
Brush bacon with maple syrup and sprinkle with brown sugar...then hit it with some cayenne pepper (optional)

Bought a new offset grill/smoker. Very heavy metal walls so I can do more. Big grilling surface. Test drove it with New York Strips, going to do a few other things before I start smoking anything. Thinking ribs this weekend.Xramfan » Wed Apr 03, 2024 12:14 pm
