When I go to the site on my phone the chat box just ya a red circle and I can’t read anything... on my iPad it’s fine but on my phone it doesn’t work

sometimes that happens to me too. Try refreshing your screen, or closing your browser. If that doesn't work, you can access it here (although on your phone, you may need the app, I'm not sure, as I only use the app).

What with having to go through about 20 different Captcha to finally log in to chat??? Takes fn 15 minutes just to log in.....Whoever came up with that idea needs a kick in the balls......Most sites use them and they are a royal pita :poop:

I’ve had this issue before. Now there’s a new issue, for the past few days the chat box is just white, with nothing showing. Is anyone else having this issue?

I cant either because I have disabled cookies, no biggie. I can live without chat if it means I must enable cookies.
