go to: https://titanembeds.com/user/dashboard

click on your avatar in the upper right of the screen and logout. Go back on to the home page and log back in and it should work again (mine had stopped working, and I did that to fix it).

You may have to do it separately for each device or browser you're using.

perhaps the use of a word that you should not have used means you are legitimately banned from chat.
