Noticed the twitter feed on the left side of the page has been tweetless for awhile now. Whats up?

I'm totally guessing here, but Twitter made changes with regard to how tweets can be accessed. I don't have an account, so I can see some of what people post in threads, but not all of it. I used to be able to search and read people's Twitter pages, but can't do that anymore. So, maybe something to do with those changes?
