He probably means the Tanner house. An old Raiders Dawg, and a frequent visitor to Las Vegas, the city is not a match for the old school Raiders.Atlasffa » Sun Jul 15, 2018 3:46 pm
Hopefully you, and other out of towners, can get to Oakland this season and/or next to have a last hurrah. Savor it while you can. An SB sure would be the ultimate way to exit.Hawaiian Raider wrote Sun Jul 15, 2018 1:19 pm:An old Raiders Dawg, and a frequent visitor to Las Vegas, the city is not a match for the old school Raiders.
Maybe for the handheld devices app fan, but the working-class Oakland fan is going to feel out of place.
I'm not from Oakland, but I've been to several games there and I feel their pain.
Meanwhile, we got the Rams week 1. Good luck to us.

A few miles east of Oakland you have the most feces on the streets in the US.Xramfan wrote Sat Jul 14, 2018 8:13 pm:A few miles north of SF you have the Redwood Highway

I want this so badly......give Oakland a last Super Bowl. I`ll never "switch" teams but a big part of my heart will be gone when the "Oakland Raiders" are gone forever. To me, "Vegas" Raiders feels synthetic if that makes any senseAtlasffa wrote Sun Jul 15, 2018 3:46 pm:Hopefully you, and other out of towners, can get to Oakland this season and/or next to have a last hurrah. It's definitely bittersweet.Xramfan wrote Sun Jul 15, 2018 9:50 pm:Absolutely. Who doesn`t?
Having said that if I was Mark Davis I couldn`t say no to this Vegas deal either........but what Oakland Raider fan cheers for a relocation of a historic franchise? Show me a Pittsburgh Steeler fan who wouldn`t mind the Steelers being the "Vegas Steelers" because a better stadium deal was made.
I get the excitement for a new stadium......but historically is it just bad in my opinion. I am 53 years old......my take on this may be different from some of you and that is OK. Forgive me for "poking" you Vegas fans every once in awhile......its all good ;)
It`s not like you, me or any of us have any say or control in this lol

I won't cross it off my list but my time there will drop significantly. Have had a few close family friends recently move from the Bay down to San Diego, so once the Raiders move out I'll have even less incentive to go to SF. Will probably just go for 2 days or so. I've always found there something very comforting whenever I've travelled to SF. Just guess that everyone has certain comforts with cities and SF has certainly been one of those for me. Not sure if it's the city though or if it was because going to SF would mean I'd be seeing a Raider game very soon haha.toobscruiser wrote Sat Jul 14, 2018 6:47 pm:Once the Raiders get to Vegas I can officially remove the Bay Area off my list of places to go. Don't even tease about the Steelers moving. This Pirates fan would love it. I would be dancing for days.Xramfan wrote Sun Jul 15, 2018 9:50 pm:Absolutely. Who doesn`t?

I just don't understand this at all. The Bay area is freaking amazing, so much stuff within a 50 mile radius of the City. Have my appointment for this wednesday. Lets see if this "fan" site will actually have some fans that go to games, instead of just internet trolls.toobscruiser wrote Sat Jul 14, 2018 6:47 pm:Once the Raiders get to Vegas I can officially remove the Bay Area off my list of places to go.
