Surgery late November for fractured tibia that seemed to be misdiagnosed early on as shin splints.SkullCrusher » Wed Apr 11, 2018 2:38 pm

Seeing as you know more than everyone else ... when is he expected to be running, and what kind of surgery did he have?jehrydsuki wrote Wed Apr 11, 2018 2:29 pm:Before anyone freaks out....this was to be expected.

So, he is in line with the normal recovery timeline, which is about 6 months.

Huge difference! Tibia is the big shin bone. Fibula is the small flexible bone next the the Tibia. It is meant to give prior to the Tibia. Carr was lucky to have such a clean break. The Tibia is much bigger and requires more time to heal. Who knows how bad GC's fracture was? Only the doctors, coaches and himself..Raider_Dave wrote Wed Apr 11, 2018 2:59 pm:Tibia... Fibula....
