Yeah I see them Queefs cherry picking any/all of the Raiders salary capped cut O linemen! Jackson, TB, Goode, parker, etc. like when they took KO when he got cut.Fade2SilverAndBlack wrote Wed Mar 03, 2021 2:17 pm:

No idea if we would really do this.KillerRaider30 » Thu Mar 04, 2021 2:30 pm

Trents the 2nd highest paid guy on our team behind Carr. He’s the 2nd highest paid RT in the League closer to a top 10 LT in terms of pay.buanadha wrote Thu Mar 04, 2021 10:18 am:No idea if we would really do this.
I assumed that if we traded/cut Brown, we'd keep Jackson. In any case signing Good remains a big priority for the offseason.
Hope that Incognito can give us 1 more year
Hope that Simpson is ready to start
Draft a RT/OG in the draft. We have a bit of flexibility due to playing FB's and TE's so often, we can play some guys at RT that may only be OG's in other systems.
longer shot - hope that Parker can play a bit also, or even Jones-Smith

Yeah. I've always seen him as a solid stopgap. Quarterbacks playing well into their 30s seems to work, but the big boys usually don't last that long.heavyD wrote Thu Mar 04, 2021 8:56 am:I know they love Incognito but he’s going to be 38 soon and even if he is healthy his play could fall off a cliff at any moment without warning. They better ensure they have a contingency plan if they bring him back.

Richie took a year off so he may not as much wear and tear.Opoponax50 wrote Thu Mar 04, 2021 9:21 pm:Yeah. I've always seen him as a solid stopgap. Quarterbacks playing well into their 30s seems to work, but the big boys usually don't last that long.

Exactly. For that money, he just hasn't been on the field. Now, maybe he's in great shape and ready to play the full season (I doubt it), but then you could maybe see trying a year with him. I'd rather move on and look for replacements.raiders93 wrote Thu Mar 04, 2021 8:21 pm:Trents the 2nd highest paid guy on our team behind Carr. For his price tag.... you expect a dependable, top 10 tackle. On the field and it his best, one could argue he’s a top 10 tackle.... but unreliable is an understatement between his lengthy injury history and apparent motivation/conditioning issues.
Cut his price tag in half and get someone with a lesser skill set..... that’ll play 10x more snaps than Trent.

Well he is a Patriot once again. At least they got something for him instead of just cutting him.ReturnOfTheMaxx » Tue Mar 09, 2021 3:12 am

So if I have this calculated correctly that puts us currently at about 31 million below the cap now. With another million or so saved from all the food he consumes in a year.Officerrob » Tue Mar 09, 2021 4:04 am
