Carrs workout should be trying squeeze the air out of a football by holding it as tight as he can between his forearm and chest.

I like seeing the boys out there tossing the ball around on their own time. It’s one of the few times in the calendar year where it’s more about camaraderie than business. A fan can always hope that this year’s team will be different as there’s always room for a little positivity here at least until the draft as I’m sure many of us will be pretty disappointed then.

I love the Tshirt olympics vs nobody.

I am not saying these things do not have value, but until we get a full off season with a full pads on period and some real preseason games, these kinds of workouts do not excite me overly. But to get them together and get them some cardio is a good thing

Hey it's only the start of yr 2. Perfection on a go route takes time....

Now next season Ruggs can start working on other routes including getting two feet down in bounds and actually catching the ball at the same time. This season we just have to be patient. Ruggs will decide with Grudens help if its better to catch the ball & not get the two feet in bounds or learn to get the two feet in bounds but not catch the ball...

It is incredible encouraging that Ruggs and others young players are out working with other players on their own time, it worked well for the offense last year.
