Where is Jacobs? Hmmmm…vtraider » Sat Jun 18, 2022 9:53 am
Not there. I think some in the list are name guys. Elliott was great but not anymore. He's good. But not great. I would say Jacobs is somewhere around 13-17RunOverByHubbard wrote Sat Jun 18, 2022 7:27 am:Where is Jacobs? Hmmmm…

These days, I think lists of top receivers have bigger names than lists of RBs.

These results remind me of the pro bowl selections, some selections are on their name recognition only and not necessarily on recent production.raiders93 » Sat Jun 18, 2022 11:44 am
If jacobs can become relatively active in the passing game he’s top 10 imo. There’s only 3 guys on that list that are relatively non-factors in the passing game - one of them is Henry and the other 2 have great lines (chubb and Taylor).mranquales » Sat Jun 18, 2022 1:02 pm
Of course Jacobs isn't on there! Be serious.Sold My Soul » Sat Jun 18, 2022 4:08 pm

Harris should have beat out both of them.rich72 wrote Sun Jun 19, 2022 1:02 am:Jacobs should have beat out montgomery though.

Seriously, I have not seen a bunch of complaints here, so who are you addressing?mranquales wrote Sat Jun 18, 2022 1:02 pm:Of course Jacobs isn't on there! Be serious.

Jacobs has never had good run blocking his entire career.Willmark » Sun Jun 19, 2022 12:19 pm
He's listed as "Honorable Mention" aka he just missed the Top 10 which seems fair.RunOverByHubbard wrote Sat Jun 18, 2022 7:27 am:Where is Jacobs? Hmmmm…

Careful, you're dealing with a guy who's facts are "flexible" when it comes to his favorite running backs.RunOverByHubbard wrote Sun Jun 19, 2022 9:19 am:Seriously, I have not seen a bunch of complaints here, so who are you addressing?

I like Jacobs but he isn't a top 10 back. He is a solid back who I think will do fine in a committee. He wasn't worth the money his option would have paid him. Hopefully he stays healthy and we can keep him if the price is rightWillmark » Sun Jun 19, 2022 1:56 pm
As noted it looks like he just missed the top 10, I think that’s fair. He is what he is decent but not Top 10, Likely somewhere between 11-15 IMO.FLORIDARAYDAH wrote Sun Jun 19, 2022 1:49 pm:I like Jacobs but he isn't a top 10 back. Our run blocking was good Jacob's rookie year, which is why people think he's good. If anything, the run blocking being sub par exposed him for the average RB he is.signal » Mon Jun 20, 2022 7:41 am
If Jacobs was able to stay healthy given his running style, I would like him more. But, injuries at times either keep him out of games or slow him down to the point that he ineffective in some games. When healthy, the guy can bring it.
