But you have a point in our White jerseys, the bias was Against the Raiders.
If you read the article it shows a graph were the Raiders we're the Most penalized team every week (except 1, we were 2nd most) and the team with the Least penalties each week??
.... the Raiders opponent!!

There is nothing to say about the Immaculate Reception vis a vis penalties or even illegal plays so it is not clear why your are bringing it up. The ball very likely hit off of Tatum's shoulder pad, although he would never admit that. Still photos show that to probably be the case, but it was so close you could not tell for sure -- and there was no replay then to overturn it anyway. I watched the play live (on TV) and looked at the replays and photos for many years.
