Yes when I watch him. His running and throwing reminds of Allen. He’s just got that fight. I don’t know really how to explain it. It isn’t prototype pocket passer or prototype runner. He looks odd playing the position but Allen always has to me also. They are just good at it. Every aspect.HesterLayes wrote Sat Sep 24, 2022 8:32 pm:Nice. I’m a Young fan,but Levi’s sounds intriguing from everything I’ve read. He’s on my short list now.Reminds me of Josh Allen who didn’t put up gaudy numbers at Wyoming but had all the tools

I watched the Florida game to see Richardson since I knew Z was there.CWood24 » Sat Sep 24, 2022 11:23 pm
Hendon Hooker is interesting but his biggest issue could be he runs an offence that is so far from what NFL teams run he would need time to adjust & at his age that might be a big red flagHesterLayes wrote Sat Sep 24, 2022 11:15 pm:I watched the Florida game to see Richardson since I knew Z was there.
What I saw was a stud QB...but on the other team.
Hooker looks legit. I can’t remember his stats but he threw for like 300 with very few incompletions and had over a hundred rushing.
He’s kind of old(24), but he looked great and was very impressive in his post game interview.
I knew he had a decent year last year, but I looked it up and he had a 31-3 td/int
That’s incredible.
Anyway...I’ll be keeping an eye on him

Levis takes off a lot too. He wants to throw first but if things break down he’s gone.CWood24 wrote Sat Sep 24, 2022 11:23 pm:Hendon Hooker is interesting but his biggest issue could be he runs an offence that is so far from what NFL teams run he would need time to adjust & at his age that might be a big red flag
As for you question on why i think McD would prefer Levis over Young well it is the simple thing of him seeming not to like his QB to move out the pocket & scramble ever i might be wrong but it just seems that way

the more I research it seems to me Levis will go top 5 or so depending on who’s picking.Raidernation1979 wrote Sat Sep 24, 2022 11:35 pm:Levis takes off a lot too. He wants to throw first but if things break down he’s gone.
He is working on a masters degree so we know the brain is there.

Yep, I just like the guy. Seems like a DOG that players are energized by and want to play for.Raidernation1979 wrote Sat Sep 24, 2022 8:44 pm:Yes when I watch him. Trade or release Carr.Wyoraider » Mon Sep 26, 2022 9:35 am
I don't watch much college football outside of the Wyoming Cowboys, and some bowl games. Watched the Levi highlight video and looks like he could be real good, but it's also a highlight video. One thing I like is that his throws look effortless. Sometimes with Carr it looks like he's going to have a hernia when he throws deep. Usually don't get too excited about the draft until I have an idea where we will be drafting.RaiderFan1 » Mon Sep 26, 2022 2:37 pm
ok, so after reading about QB's in this next draft, am I correct in thinking there is no Josh Allen, Herbert, Mahomes, or Burrough in 2023 draft ?Ivanavich » Mon Sep 26, 2022 2:46 pm
As long as we don't draft a QB from:GoodTimeCharlie » Mon Sep 26, 2022 2:48 pm
Who fucking knows. Allen, Herbert, Mahomes weren’t even drafted as the first qb’s in their own drafts. You don’t know, I don’t know, the people paid a salary to decide such things don’t know. No one knows.RaiderFan1 wrote Mon Sep 26, 2022 2:37 pm:ok, so after reading about QB's in this next draft, am I correct in thinking there is no Josh Allen, Herbert, Mahomes, or Burrough in 2023 draft ?
