Apparently they are close…but I do not want this move. We are a run heavy team with several receiving options already. Figure out the guard spot or make moves for D if ya want to trade.

To me that would be a sign that we would officially be waiting for the current regime to be fired, and it would be justified to begin discussing who our HC should be next year.

I'm sure they don't. And realistically they don't have very many offensive roster spots for draft picks. Qb, OG, TE that's about it

I could see a vet DT added before or after the draft. Tillery is a pass guy only,Nichols disappointed and Butler and Farrel are young. Was really wanting Billings to come back.

Maybe they have a trade for a defensive player (CB) in the fold. They have previously made a significant player for player trade. I love Hunter, but I see to many WR's that excel on the same type of routes. Also, I could easily see his value going down because of the pecking order (and Hunter not really being able to get us yards after catch).

I never wanted Hunter to do this (risk of injury and basically he just has sure hands and really doesn't break any returns). I agree Carter would be a good fit and covers us in case Hunter is moved.
