We are somewhat on the same page, but it looks like you want to force it more. It's about the evaluation. There are guys to be had outside of day 1. One guy I KNOW can play at a high level is Calvin Pace and he can like be had in the 4th.

Imo we need 3 good linebackers. In my case, preferably 1 elite LB 1 great LB and 1 good LB.
At this point I would settle for 1 good LB to at least get us started.
All of ours are light in the britches,I’d like to add one thumper in the draft.
Haven’t seen enough of Spillane,but he is small as well and his pass coverage ratings were terrible.
Add one stud and the others look better automatically

Facts. It's important to get a Day 2 guy who is top of the position draft class who can start and they have to be able to play the middle and play a role on 3rd down. Campbell or Sewell, but Sanders ahead of both should he slide.
