So, anyone who may have thought there was a chance of him coaching in Vegas next season, that's officially off the table.
Near the end of his life, George Allen took over a 4-8 Long Beach State team and improved them to 6-5. The NFL game had passed him by, but he had tons of football knowledge and was able to outcoach everyone despite being massively undermanned talent-wise.
He passed away that offseason. Willie Brown took over, went 2-9, then the school deep-sixed their entire football program.
I'm sure we will see his son among the NFL ranks some day.
Im not mopey, I am unfortunately the fan of a franchise that has been dumpster juice for 20 years and will be even worse the next 20. No coach, no player, no draft pick, no QB is going to have success here.
Its a blackhole of failure.
I hope they prove me wrong, but they wont because they suck and they will always suck.

I undoubtedly believe Belichick will find success there. I read also that there's a stipulation in his contract that appoints Bill's son as a successor once Bill steps down. Yeah, I don't really know if anyone around here wanted him, I was just passing the information along.
