If the team doesnt get blow out by anyone but KC I say keep AP , fire Bo, get a Qb, build the oline add some peices on defense and roll with it.
Its not lile anyone else makes us a contender quickly anyway.
Give AP 3 seasons to see what he can put together. Im not 100% sold on him but whats the alternative?
Shread the roster for the millionth time? Build a whole new staff AGAIN? Just to be 4-13, 6- 11, 8-9... then maybe one day get a wildcard, or start all over again?
The players like AP, we have a buildable roster, quit fucking with it and build something.
I cant name one person available that could have this thing built and turned around in a couple years. Might as well give AP and Champ a shot at it.

I think it’s AP and Champs jobs to lose. Unless Mark gets his head turned. I don’t think we can be that upset with Jim H or Ben Johnson. But if he doesn’t go AP and it doesn’t work. It’s over for him

AP has the demeanor the language and the attitude of a good solid head coach. What he lacks in experience he makes up for in his attitude. He will be the next Raiders head coach. Mark will not make the same mistake he did a couple years ago.

Antonio Pierce's management of Crosby's injury will be crucial for his head coaching job. He better not play Crosby and risk his future if doctors think it's dangerous. Reminds me of Tito Francona not wanting to overuse pitchers risking injury. Sometimes you have to think of the player over the team, especially your best player.

Pass on Reich. He was every bit as bad in Carolina as McDaniels was in LV this season. The Raiders need to aim a lot higher with the next coach hire. However if AP got the full time gig I wouldn't be opposed to Reich as OC and assistant HC.
