Especially in that Ol' Roger and the boys know how much they have cheated the fans over the years. Paying to go see your team? Spending thousands of hard earned dollars to go see your favorite club? Flights, hotels, season tickets year after year, hoping your team makes the playoffs? Only to now find out we have been scammed by these ultra-rich owners all along? That they have been CHOOSING who will be the playoff teams? Using the referees to ensure they have their way? God help you, Roger, and you had better travel with deep security out in public.

This hearing is just to determine whether the case will go to arbitration (as the NFL wants) instead of continuing in the courts. This hearing sounds like a boring bunch of legal mumbo jumbo with no real information coming out.

The very very very last thing the NFL wants is transparency. That's why they tried to pay off Gruden.
Imagine the entire shit show aired on tv.
Follow the money.
Who stands to make the most if aired?
The networks.
Who has more sway the NFL or the Media? The media easily and its why it will be aired if they chooseit to be.

Who stands to lose the most?
The Gambling cartels? The owners? The fans? The players?
