I can't believe the Raiders have let this guy line up with the Chiefs. Someone who we'll have to face twice a year. Perhaps he was taken with their recent SB records. He is (was) world class in rugby (as a wing or fullback). I've always shouted for the guy when he was wearing the red of Wales (and the Lions); ironically he'll be wearing red in KC.GoodTimeCharlie » Fri Mar 29, 2024 3:52 am

I think the last super star rugby player that tried to the league didn’t do a thing. So let’s not hit the panic button here.Dr Death » Fri Mar 29, 2024 4:26 am
Well.... he's a Rugby player, so.................The Welshman wrote Fri Mar 29, 2024 3:42 am:I can't believe the Raiders have let this guy line up with the Chiefs. Not sure which position he'll be - I reckon WR. Apart from special teams have players ever played 2 positions, e.g. WR and RB?

I think Zig is a smart football mind but owed his whole involvement in football from McDaniels. So I think the past experience together is why Zig gave McDaniels too much power.signal wrote Thu Mar 28, 2024 6:03 am:Yes, I think that is why he needed to go when Josh was fired. He was not his own man and did nothing to separate himself from Josh. The huge signing of Jimmy Picks had Josh's fingerprints all over it.

If he joined anybody else I wouldn’t care. It’s just because it’s them. I doubt he’ll become a star, although he’s lighting fast and strong. The is a threat of it. Most likely outcome is he’ll be a return manAttyla » Fri Mar 29, 2024 5:01 am
Hybrid RB at the next level, probably going to block well although technique for football vs rugby are vastly different.16 to 88 » Fri Mar 29, 2024 5:29 am
Two years ago many felt Russell Wilson a decorated quarterback to the Broncos was going be a nightmare in this division for several years.Raidernation1979 » Fri Mar 29, 2024 5:33 am
Who we taking about?haji81872 » Fri Mar 29, 2024 5:36 am
He has a lot of things to like. Athleticism. Toughness. Some natural instincts. I think they could stash him on the practice squad, work with him, and in a couple of years he could maybe make an NFL roster and do well. The question is, is he willing to do that?signal » Fri Mar 29, 2024 6:05 am
Yes, that makes complete sense. The fact that they were attached at the hip coming in was not a good scenario for either of them or for the organization for that matter.WolfRaider wrote Fri Mar 29, 2024 4:56 am:I think Zig is a smart football mind but owed his whole involvement in football from McDaniels.
