TT sounds like he supports AOC. I think I may be coming around to him.heavyD » Fri Mar 22, 2024 7:50 am
So far it's been a pretty solid offseason. They signed one of the biggest fish in free agency but haven't handed out any questionable deals despite having available cap space. This seems so much more calculated and measured than say the Gruden/Mayock era where they were just throwing out money left and right to free agents. Does anyone miss the days of this;raidersince66 » Fri Mar 22, 2024 8:11 am
Having a top 5 or 10 defense is great but just getting to the PS isn't the ultimate goal, and once you make it to the PS you are facing other good teams who also have good defenses and unless your offense is good enough to overcome those types of defenses, your team won't go far. And for me, AOC and Menshew don't exactly scream success in the PS.chucker » Fri Mar 22, 2024 9:14 am
One thing Telesco mentioned in that latest video is that Munford is being looked at for both tackle and guard. I've been thinking of him purely as a tackle, which leaves a huge hole at guard for us. I'm not sure how much work he's had in practice or camp at guard, but I haven't heard of it happening.Jeevo » Fri Mar 22, 2024 9:35 am
If they're looking at converting Munford I would think that would make OT at 13 a lot more likely.chucker wrote Fri Mar 22, 2024 9:14 am:One thing Telesco mentioned in that latest video is that Munford is being looked at for both tackle and guard. It did seem that way. I would not be surprised to see a starting RT and RG added and have Munford compete or backup those positions. You need some OL depthJeevo wrote Fri Mar 22, 2024 9:35 am:If they're looking at converting Munford I would think that would make OT at 13 a lot more likely.

Or his comment was simply a means of misdirection and disguising his design of moving up in the draft and is not considering a OT.DanKD wrote Fri Mar 22, 2024 9:38 am:It did seem that way. This is the season of BS. Nobody wants anyone to know what they're really thinking.signal wrote Fri Mar 22, 2024 9:53 am:Or his comment was simply a means of misdirection and disguising his design of moving up in the draft and is not considering a OT.

Sure, but we need offensive line help so it will be coming at some point even if its not round 1signal wrote Fri Mar 22, 2024 9:53 am:Or his comment was simply a means of misdirection and disguising his design of moving up in the draft and is not considering a OT.

Someone said the other day that you should select O linemen every draft and I couldn’t agree more.DanKD wrote Fri Mar 22, 2024 10:21 am:Sure, but we need offensive line help so it will be coming at some point even if its not round 1
