The safety position in this draft is lacking. There’s only one who I think could be a blue chip type & that’s, Cooper Dejean. I see Dejean as more of a safety than CB &, a damn good looking one if he makes the switch. Only reason I’d suggest the switch is, his change of direction speed looks to be slow. For a CB that is. He’s smooth & has great technique. That’s not the issue I see. It’s the acceleration. So a quick shifty WR could be a big issue. Flowers, Lockett, B.Cooks, St. Brown, Hill, Kupp, types. But his zone coverage & IQ seems off the charts. He could be an elite safety.
