We dont actually know though. Just look at last year, Will Levis and the year before Malik Willis.Black Sunshine wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 2:40 pm:There's a lot of interest in Penix aside from us, it's not like we're hyping up a Spencer Rattler type prospect for no good reason

OK, we have discussed what we think, now I want to know who is the pick Al would have pulled the trigger on? Xavier Worthy is a good option but my money would be on Nate WigginsBlack Sunshine » Thu Apr 25, 2024 2:51 pm
That's true, it's just probably best practice to assume the worst and, assuming the front office believes x player is THE GUY, then you pull the trigger even if it's a slight overdraft, especially at QB.DanKD wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 2:43 pm:We dont actually know though. Its possible Nix and Penix are widely viewed lower than some recent reports to actual nfl teams. And its possible they are not. We just dont know as everything we see so far is media driven and nfl teams sure as heck arent going to correct false reports.

I think Al would traded the farm for Drake Maye: A big QB with a big arm.Attyla wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 2:46 pm:OK, we have discussed what we think, now I want to know who is the pick Al would have pulled the trigger on? Xavier Worthy is a good option but my money would be on Nate Wiggins

I am ALL IN on Penix. I believe he will be a solid NFL QB. I even like him better than Daniels for the "selling the house" requirement for Daniels instead of staying put and grabbing Penix.Black Sunshine » Thu Apr 25, 2024 3:03 pm
QB, CB then just load up on O-line with maybe a DT sprinkled in for good measure... who says no?Opoponax50 » Thu Apr 25, 2024 3:29 pm
To provide an answer I'd suddenly need to start reviewing WR 40 times and which QB can throw the ball farthest.Attyla wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 2:46 pm:OK, we have discussed what we think, now I want to know who is the pick Al would have pulled the trigger on? Al loved corners, so I picked the fastest one in WigginsOpoponax50 wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 3:29 pm:To provide an answer I'd suddenly need to start reviewing WR 40 times and which QB can throw the ball farthest.

I know we need a QB....however, you can't go wrong with O-Line, D-Line....Corners who can cover.SkullCrusher » Thu Apr 25, 2024 4:02 pm

Unfortunately since Sizzurp Russell was drafted in 2007 Big Al decreed that the Raiders will never use a 1st round pick on a QB again. It’s law.Sir Raider Duck, OMS wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 2:52 pm:I think Al would traded the farm for Drake Maye: A big QB with a big arm.

Just talked to my sons friend who watched Washington play for thw past 2 years, loved watching then and said Penix is worth 13 big time. Said the team got to where they were because of him. He Manipulates the pocket really well and can make all the throws.
