I think KC nailed the 2nd half of their draftAttyla » Mon Apr 29, 2024 12:43 pm
If the Broncos hit with Nix, they did a damn fine job. If he is a second tier guy, in three years they will draft their next Brees cloneAngryRaidersFan » Mon Apr 29, 2024 12:47 pm
Of course they did. Everything that Team touches turns to goldBoJacksonRules wrote Mon Apr 29, 2024 11:55 am:I think KC nailed the 2nd half of their draft

Reid is a really good talent evaluator.AngryRaidersFan wrote Mon Apr 29, 2024 12:47 pm:Of course they did. Everything that Team touches turns to gold

He is great at identifying QB’s and players that fit into his offense but Veach deserves credit as his right hand man and by all accounts organizes and runs their drafts.Attyla wrote Mon Apr 29, 2024 12:53 pm:Reid is a really good talent evaluator.

Their drafts and upcoming offensive philosophies really highlights what a great pick Tommy Eichenberg was.BoKnows81 » Mon Apr 29, 2024 3:24 pm
I don't even think Worthy is that good. In my opinion, he wasn't even the best WR on his own team. We have seen time and time again that speed at the WR position doesn't mean much if you cant run good routes or catch the ball. Tyreek Hill can do it all. He's strong, fast, explosive, a good route runner and can catch the ball.chucker wrote Mon Apr 29, 2024 3:15 pm:The take that I find most bizarre is when people say the Chiefs will be able to use Worthy like they used Hill. They're both short and fast but Hill was way stronger and really a different player than Worthy.

Wasn't Hill a RB in college? Seems to me that he was really just learning to run routes when he came into the league.BoKnows81 wrote Mon Apr 29, 2024 3:24 pm:I don't even think Worthy is that good. I agree with this. He got drafted for his speed. I would have taken Xavier Legette here, or even Coleman. Give me a big physical receiver.BoKnows81 wrote Mon Apr 29, 2024 3:24 pm:I don't even think Worthy is that good. In my opinion, he wasn't even the best WR on his own team. a self aware man can be a dangerous man. Reid has put together a network that is fearsome. Until he falters, he is what Belicheck was supposed to be. The stark difference? Reid does not consider himself omniscient. He relies on his people to do their jobs.heavyD wrote Mon Apr 29, 2024 1:10 pm:He is great at identifying QB’s and players that fit into his offense but Veach deserves credit as his right hand man and by all accounts organizes and runs their drafts.
