Or to KC. They are going to lose their #1 WR to suspension. They are chasing history and their WR core was seriously underperforming last year. They have every reason to overpay. Also would be sweet to hand them a 33 year old, 35 million $ cap bomb for 2025 and 2026.silver_ghost wrote Thu Jul 18, 2024 5:10 pm:The more realistic trade is Adams to the 49ers and not the Jets. The 49ers are closer to winning the Super Bowl than the Jets. Also DA a California native gets to stay close to his family.

I think they should be ranked a bit higher entering the season but it doesn't really matter. Just go out and punch the chargers in the mouth week1. By week 5 we will have a good idea of what this team can be and the power rankings will make more sense.Attyla wrote Sun Jul 21, 2024 3:53 am:https://sports.yahoo.com/2024-nfl-offse ... 34338.html
Another puff piece, but they have us 26th. Discuss

WTF!?! Seriously. No wonder trying to find out where it is and how to go has been so weird.Attyla » Sun Jul 21, 2024 11:47 am
Wouldn't be more of a money grab if camp were open to the public for a price? Also, since the Raiders are infringing on two other team's territories, I kind of get them mot being able to market and potentially pulling their fanbase revenue opportunities away? A real money grab would be to even go so far as making it pay per view.silver_ghost » Sun Jul 21, 2024 2:40 pm
DA would have no interest in going to KC given he wants to live close to his family. The Raiders won't trade him to KC when they have the choice to trade him to other teams.Cruisin with Tooz wrote Thu Jul 18, 2024 6:43 pm:Or to KC. They are going to lose their #1 WR to suspension. It is the stupid NFL commissioner playing his kid games against the Raiders. 5 teams including the Raiders are practicing within a radius of 100 miles and he singles out the Raiders.Attyla wrote Sun Jul 21, 2024 11:47 am:Wouldn't be more of a money grab if camp were open to the public for a price? Teams with new head coaches start earlier, the teams playing the HOF game start earlier and teams opening on Thursday night start 3 days earlier. KC fits one of thoseDrDUne wrote Sun Jul 21, 2024 9:34 am:I know there’s a reason -
But why are the Super Bowl champs already throwing td passes when our rookies are just reporting today?
Again, I’m sure there’s a reason - what is it? Will the number of practices even out by the start of the season?

commissioner does not set those policies. They are voted on by the owners or set up by the competition committee, which has nothing to do with Rog. And the Cowboys and Saints have to follow those rules as well. I am not defending Goodell, just I know who he works for, he works for the owners. He is the face, he actually would not even enforce those policies, that would be the disciplinary committee, he would just figurehead that shit.silver_ghost wrote Sun Jul 21, 2024 2:46 pm:It is the stupid NFL commissioner playing his kid games against the Raiders. 5 teams including the Raiders are practicing within a radius of 100 miles and he singles out the Raiders.
Rams, Chargers, Cowboys, & the Saints.

Cowboys and the Saints don't have to follow those rules only the Raiders. There is an ESPN article on this. Read it.Attyla wrote Sun Jul 21, 2024 3:21 pm:commissioner does not set those policies. Did you read the article? It specifically addresses how the Cowboys were grandfathered in, and Oxnard is almost the required 75 miles away, anyway. The Saints have to comply with the rules, and are doing so.silver_ghost wrote Mon Jul 22, 2024 1:13 am:Cowboys and the Saints don't have to follow those rules only the Raiders.
