Yeah he’s on a division rival and the media loves to gas up the chargers every year (it’s annoying, we all get it)… But he’s really, really good.
Our skill players were open all game. Minshew just took sacks and checked down in a clean pocket all game. There was one play where Bowers is wide open (no one within 5 yards of him) in a DESIGNED play to get him open in the middle of the field, works to perfection, only for Minshew to hold the ball for NO REASON and just takes a sack when he can easily just flick it to Bowers.
Guy is trash, and that's not hyperbole. When need an aggressive QB like AOC who takes chances.
Oh, but I forget, we had Derek The Dominator. You don't fuck around when you have indescribable greatness at quarterback.

Look up his stats, he's in elite company. Dude is calm and collected in the pocket & can make any throw on the field. Every Raiders fan knows the Chargers are basically fuckin cursed. They've had stacked teams and gone nowhere. That is what it is. Herbert isn't Brady, Manning or Mahomes but he's damn good. Regardless, the point is the Raiders are in a tough division. I actually agree here. Andre James doesn't do the Raiders any favors at all in the running game.. in any way, shape or form. Miss the days of a big ass road grader at center with Barrett Robbins. It frosts my ass to this day that we could've had him. The Giants were picking at #4, but had drafted Jones the year prior, so they weren't going QB. We had two first round picks and could've offered the next year's first rounder and traded up into NY's position.
