Im glad the team played hard after that first quarter.

Minshew is not good, especially in this offense. One of worst qb performances ive seen in a win ever despite a great running game today.

D stepped up, but was it Watson giving the game away or did the D win it?

Combo of both would be my guess

Play calling still seems predictable, again is it on the QB or OC?

We lucked out that game for sure. Getsy called a solid game for two quarters (2, 3), then two terrible (1, 4). This game solidified Graham as a solid DC, was able to get multiple stops without Koonce and Maxx.

Wilkins was a one man show. Great pickup.

Bennett had one good play; don't know why he's being hyped up. If not for safety help and the refs, he had a bad day.

EDIT: Last thing. Stop the run, win the game!

Amazing effort by the defense today only allowed 10 points and pitched a shut out in the second half.

The offense is so dull and confused. Awful play calling for most of the game. Complete panic and chaos almost every 3rd down.

A win is a win.

Getsy's offense doesn't have plays for a mobile QB. He doesn't move the pocket at all, doesn't have RPO's. He's obviously not an OC that will play to strengths. Also, Whte should be the 2nd back and not the first.

Still not impressed with Minshew, the OC or O-line. Only bright spot is JPJ.

ap was a defensive player, has a defensive advisor [marvin lewis] on the team, has a good defensive coordinator, has a defensive leader in maxx.

i don't expect issues on that side of the ball

where the wheels seem to come off is on offense - defensive coaches need strong o-coordinators and getsy isn't that. i understand the reluctance to change things up during the season on coaching staffs, but doing the same thing over and over again is...insanity

one month in. a season has four quarters, we all saw what we saw over the first month. tweak time, we'll see how the team responds

Those young WRs can contribute. We had no business winning this game with no Crosby or Adams. Can't hate on it. Zeus should be relegated to water boy. 2 junk QBs and passing more than any team in the NFL is not a recipe for long term success. We have to run the ball well to win and it looks like we did not replace Jacobs with anything competent. Are we fucking up draft position? Of course baby.

What won't be talked about is an actual solid coaching move by AP. He pulled K’Lavon Chaisson to the sideline and gave him a pep talk, every play since, Chaisson played like his hair was on fire.
