He said he didn't ever wanted to be back in the NFL anymore after being let go in SF. But it seems that the money and time may have gotten to him and it was "now or never." So he took the leap and came on back. Never say never!Dr Death » Sat Jan 27, 2024 8:50 am
It could be that he was tired of the NCAA bullshit. It could also be that he wanted to finish what he started in the NFL. His brother has won a Superbowl. He has lost one... to his brother...lol. I would bet that is some serious motivation for such a competitive guy that has won wherever he's gone. It could be that I'm full of shit, too.Summerall-Madden wrote Fri Jan 26, 2024 8:53 pm:He said he didn't ever wanted to be back in the NFL anymore after being let go in SF. LOS ANGELES -- The Chargers have finalized a deal to hire Baltimore Ravens director of player personnel Joe Hortiz as their general manager, sources told Adam Schefter.Amish Cabal » Tue Jan 30, 2024 6:39 am
Yeah, I was just going to post that. I'd be stoked if I were a Bolts fan... and they are.AdamJoshua28 wrote Tue Jan 30, 2024 6:09 am:LOS ANGELES -- The Chargers have finalized a deal to hire Baltimore Ravens director of player personnel Joe Hortiz as their general manager, sources told Adam Schefter.
The Chargers and Hortiz agreed to the deal late Monday night, according to Schefter.
Well the Chargers have taken this off-season very seriously and done a hell of a job upgrading their club.

If by NCAA bullshit you include investigations, then yes, he probably has had more than enough NCAA bs. It wasn't for money that he jumped--UM would have paid any price he named.Dr Death wrote Sat Jan 27, 2024 8:50 am:It could be that he was tired of the NCAA bullshit.
