I've been duped in the past and short of a playoff birth/victory I don't think me or many other fans will give Carr the benefit of the doubt again. It's time to move on.Xramfan wrote Mon Nov 22, 2021 8:34 am:Carr will throw 3-5 TDs next game or soon after and folks will be right back saying, "He has arrived, extend him now"

Cowboys are gonna run all over us and Carr will check down all day until the game is out of reach.Opoponax50 » Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:11 am
We'll never know what would've happened without Gruden's leaving and the Ruggs incident. What seems to be clear though is that the team needs a fresh start.Be_Easy_25 » Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:13 am
The excuses have to stop.Opoponax50 » Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:16 am
That's what happens when you're a fan of a player more than the team. On this site, the sudden vacating of posters won't be all that noticeable because there aren't that many, but on others it's going to be interesting.novaraider wrote Mon Nov 22, 2021 8:44 am:Slowly becoming extinct. They were quite a species in their heyday.

Why is it that every time they show Carr when the defense is on the field he's sitting on the bench by himself staring off into space? Never up talking to his O line or receivers, never trying to rally the troops, never sitting with a tablet looking at plays and formations, etc., never with the OC or any other coach talking about things. Nobody is getting any confidence from their QB between series.signal » Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:22 am
He is too busy wallowing in his precious little feelings. Carr is a naval gazer and is too busy feeling sorry for himself to ever consider actually trying to fix what is not working. There is a lot of energy spent by Carr feeling sorry for Carr and not nearly enough trying to actually win the damn game.Jeevo wrote Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:18 am:Why is it that every time they show Carr when the defense is on the field he's sitting on the bench by himself staring off into space? Carr only does those things when he's winning.Jeevo wrote Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:18 am:Why is it that every time they show Carr when the defense is on the field he's sitting on the bench by himself staring off into space? I brought that up yesterday in chat or another thread but if the play calling is so horrible or folks aren't doing their jobs correctly, he should be barking in Richs ear, Olsons ear or gathering his offense on the side. He looked like he was daydreaming and checked out to me.Jeevo wrote Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:18 am:Why is it that every time they show Carr when the defense is on the field he's sitting on the bench by himself staring off into space? I wonder if it would help if we gave him some coloring books and crayons to play with on the sidelines.signal wrote Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:22 am:He is too busy wallowing in his precious little feelings. Carr’s far off gaze yesterday was him planning life after football. Dude is done. I won’t be at all surprised if he walks away after the seasongil03 » Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:39 am
It’s painfully apparent that Carr is done with the team and likely done with football all together. I don’t think for one second the rest of the offense is playing for Carr anymore, the oline surely looks like they’re not playing with any motivation. The coaches are a laughable failure, Bisaccia has no business with the title HC and having Olsen as the #2 just reinforces how laughable and inept this group is on offense. The idea that for several games now when the offense’s performance is downright terrible in game you get a glimpse of Carr on the sideline bench just zoned out not giving two f’s about what’s going on, he just doesn’t give a damn anymore he’s checked out already. This is not any player that should ever continue to be on this team or at the very least should never be on the field.
