I think there are very, very few Carr-first fans here. Other forums have been overrun with Carr fans who will not put up with any criticism of the guy. They make conversation about the state of the team nearly impossible, but they'll disappear when Carr leaves the team. IMO, nearly every single person on this forum will still be here when Carr's time is up.CWood24 wrote Mon Sep 19, 2022 7:15 am:Noticed alot of censorship on the forums since last night can we really not say what we think about our so called QB & his supporters who’ve been quick to abuse people who call out Carr’s bullshit

Yes, and you have to believe that NFL coaches have tried to correct these issues. Perhaps Carr has a high opinion of himself and is not humble enough to take the coaching to heart and work on fixing these glaring errors in his mechanics. He doesn't seem to sweat the details of his own performance. Very disappointing and it is clearly time to pull the plug. Josh has to see that or he will go down with Carr.Attyla wrote Mon Sep 19, 2022 7:31 am:that goes back to his college scouting report. Not setting his feet and relying on his arm alone.

Lack of humility and lack of intelligence are but a few. He’s a lost cause, and I hope he’s just another ignominious name in what has been a deeply fucking embarrassing 20 years.Commit2Excel wrote Mon Sep 19, 2022 7:46 am:Yes, and you have to believe that NFL coaches have tried to correct these issues. A microcosm of Carr's efforts to improve can be found in what is still the shittiest play-fake in the NFL. He's still doing that stupid, half-assed move where he partly sticks his right arm out while dropping back and looking downfield. It fools no one and no DC in the league is telling his players to be aware of it. It's especially bad when contrasted with the way Kyler Murray handles the ball.Commit2Excel wrote Mon Sep 19, 2022 7:46 am:Yes, and you have to believe that NFL coaches have tried to correct these issues. On another note, Mariota has led his team to 31 and 27 points in his two games as a starter. He has two picks, two TD passes and has considerably less talent around him. His base salary is $1.75 million (with a $5 million signing bonus).
Those of us (see: me ;)) who advocated for keeping Mariota and letting Carr walk are, at least early on, being proven justified in that opinion.

Doing it with a rook (London), a 2nd year TE, and a 31 year old “gadget” player on his 5th team (Patterson).raiders1988xyz wrote Mon Sep 19, 2022 8:16 am:carr put up 19 and 23 points
carr stats - 547 passing yards, 4 touchdowns, 3 interceptions
carr stats - 9 rushing yards
mariota put up 26 and 27 points
mariota stats - 411 passing yards, 2 touchdowns, 2 interceptions
mariota stats - 88 yards, 1 touchdown
so far, who is having a better season? both are 0-2
i rather have mariota since he can run the ball very well

What I find sort of puzzling is how Carr threw a ball so badly that it should have been an easy interception in OT. BUT simply because the defender had hands of stone....no one seems to care.pfish57 » Mon Sep 19, 2022 8:33 am
all we have heard is DC just needs a true #1 WR & he will shine..well he got it & he is still a Turd!!!signal wrote Mon Sep 19, 2022 8:27 am:What I find sort of puzzling is how Carr threw a ball so badly that it should have been an easy interception in OT. Carr and his assortment of weapons put up 3 points in the entire second half and OT combined. While doing so, they also gave the opponent's a defensive TD.
Carr threw three interceptions in the first game and a ball that should have been picked off in OT in this last game.
Anyone thinking Carr is not one of the MAIN reasons why the Raiders are 0 -2 has a really weird Carr fetish...so much so that they have lost touch with reality.
Raiders are going nowhere with Carr at QB. I will admit that while I have been very critical of Carr for a long, long time......I actually was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt this year. I was stupid to ever think that this pussy could grow a pair and make plays in the face of adversity. He has folded like a cheap shirt and continues to disappoint. He is a loser.
The one thing that I will cling to is the fact that he was signed to a contract that gives Z the option to move on without killing the cap. Now Z must make the move this upcoming season.

If we give up on Carr we need to go full rebuild.Sir Raider Duck, OMS » Mon Sep 19, 2022 10:38 am
If Carr doesn't get a lot better, methinks that after the season, he'll be called into a meeting with McD, Zieg, and Mark. He'll be told "We appreciate everything you've done for Raider Nation, you'll be a true Raider great until the day you die, but we've decided to move on. If you'd like to play for another team, please give us a list of teams you'd waive your No-Trade clause for, and we'll QUIETLY shop you. If you don't want to play for another team, we'd be honored to host your Retirement presser, and we'll tell everyone that retiring was 100% your call."Jeremyturner1976 » Mon Sep 19, 2022 10:44 am
"He just need a number one WR"...
