I agree I have seen a lot of his games. I have never seen him look good throwing. Worst mechanics in a long time. I know a ton of Gator fans and they all cringe when he throws. I wouldn't take him anywhere high and n the draft. Total project with a strong armRaidernation1979 wrote Thu Dec 01, 2022 8:29 am:Sorry Richardson is horrible throwing on all levels from what I’ve seen. I’d prefer a more pure passer who can maneuver than a running back with a big arm

Sitting behind Silver Spoons the Eternal Rookie will regress any prospects mental game just by example.kramNAVILLUS wrote Tue Nov 29, 2022 8:11 am:If the Raiders were to draft a QB next year, I want them to take Anthony Richardson based off pure arm talent. Then throw in his elite physical traits... he will be the next Josh Allen IMO. Let him sit behind Carr for a year or two and let him refine his mental game - he could be something special.

I see Levis kicking ass in the NFL. Just my opinion but the guy has the size, arm strength and quick release which makes him worth taking. But him being behind a crappy line, if he gets one that gives him just a fraction of a second more, with his release, he's going to kick ass.TallMarvin wrote Thu Dec 01, 2022 8:11 am:fair take except for 1 part...levis does have the intangibles, to go with the size. what he needs is a qb coach [and a winning vet qb to mentor him for a year]
would not tank for him, but if raiders are picking mid-teens and he's there...worth a thought
i see him going to the colts or commanders as of now though

i don't think he's going to be on the board when raiders pick. there aren't any 'sure things' coming out at qb this year which makes me believe that levis will start to move up again once they start the combines/measurablesOaktownonly wrote Thu Dec 01, 2022 8:34 pm:I see Levis kicking ass in the NFL. I’d be willing to bet Levis isn’t really dropping in most GM boards. Most mocks still have him to 10. His line was bottom 3 in college football. Played through turf toe and a shoulder injury. He also had all young receivers. Typical of a college guy his mechanics need some work and early on he will be a high low roller coaster. Teams will have to determine how coachable he is and if he is I think he will flourish.TallMarvin wrote Thu Dec 01, 2022 10:01 pm:i don't think he's going to be on the board when raiders pick. there aren't any 'sure things' coming out at qb this year which makes me believe that levis will start to move up again once they start the combines/measurables

Right now, I gotta agree with you. I really wanted Levis.TallMarvin wrote Thu Dec 01, 2022 10:01 pm:i don't think he's going to be on the board when raiders pick. there aren't any 'sure things' coming out at qb this year which makes me believe that levis will start to move up again once they start the combines/measurables

Keeping the turd is keeping precious money from paying for upgrades on defense. The whole idea of keeping Carr next year is that he will get elite money while being a mediocre game manager. It makes zero financial sense. In your scenario, Richardson can easily sit behind a Stidham or another vet FA that won't require the money that will be paid to Carr.kramNAVILLUS wrote Tue Nov 29, 2022 8:11 am:If the Raiders were to draft a QB next year, I want them to take Anthony Richardson based off pure arm talent. Bingo. The only positive Carr has is the arm, which can't be taught. I can't see Derek teaching anything of value to a young guy, particularly through all his inevitable pouting. Mentally, the only thing he'll teach is how to lay down and preserve himself. I don't want him anywhere near our new recruit.BluegrassRaider wrote Thu Dec 01, 2022 5:20 pm:Sitting behind Silver Spoons the Eternal Rookie will regress any prospects mental game just by example.

With the 115th pick in the 2023 NFL Draft the LV Raiders select, Grayson McCall, QB, Coastal Carolina.heavyD » Fri Dec 02, 2022 4:59 pm
The Raiders worked out Nathan Rourke today. He's only 24 years old but lit up the CFL in his first season with 25 TD passes in 10 games and a 78.7% completion percentage. His brother Kurt is starting QB for the Ohio Bobcats and was named MAC MVP, Offensive Player of the Year.HesterLayes » Fri Dec 02, 2022 5:39 pm

He's got an above average arm strength and decent mobility. He dominated the CFL at 24 years old so the potential is there but he would have to hold a clipboard for at least a year in the NFL. He's working out for other teams as well so he probably gets signed if he has a good showing.HesterLayes wrote Fri Dec 02, 2022 5:39 pm:I said I never heard of the guy on Twitter and I was blasted.apparently he has a following lol

The fact the Raiders are looking at CFL QB's is a good thing, leave no stone unturned....heavyD wrote Fri Dec 02, 2022 4:59 pm:The Raiders worked out Nathan Rourke today.
