He's QB3 to me. Drake is physically a good prospect, but he hasn't shown much in the way of clutch play or consistent accuracy. He missed a lot of layups. He would have been more solid with a 4th year like Justin Herbert.raiders93 wrote Wed Apr 17, 2024 8:51 pm:I don’t hate JJ as a prospect…. I just think he’s gonna get way over drafted. He’s still QB6 for me.
Not to be to contrarian but I’ve got:
1a) Williams
1b) Maye
3) Daniels
4) penix
5) nix
6) McCarthy

Who the hell they have us getting at 8? Only way I do that deal is if Daniels or Maye fall to 8. I sure as fuck ain't giving up that for Penix.AdamJoshua28 wrote Thu Apr 18, 2024 5:20 pm:ESPN's thoughts

Koonce was almost dominant last year in advanced stats. I would value him much higher than this article does.AdamJoshua28 wrote Thu Apr 18, 2024 5:20 pm:ESPN's thoughts

Not that I’m a romantic drama guy myself - but eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind has to be up there for Carrey in a non traditional Carrey role.Attyla wrote Thu Apr 18, 2024 9:17 am:Jim Carrey roles that were not the same:
Dead Pool (before In Living Color)
The Truman Show (not my favorite role of his, but everyone else was fantastic)
Man On The Moon (perhaps his best doing Tony Clifton)
The Majestic (Not a great movie, but not his usual schtick)
And he is not the only one who usually did the same thing, but like most comedic actors, there is usually a break out role off the beaten path that stands out
John Belushi: Contenental Divide
Chevy Chase: Memiors of an Invisible Man (fantastic movie)
Stranger than Fiction (Maggie is wonderful in this movie)
I find the notion of traditional comic actors in serious roles intriguing to say the least. Chaplin may have started the trend with the Great Dictator but I think Don Rickles may have been the best at being able to do both comic roles and serious roles in my opinion.

The first trade Is close for me - I’d want a 2nd back in 2026 as opposed to the 3rd they have in that trade.JTRaider wrote Thu Apr 18, 2024 6:01 pm:Koonce was almost dominant last year in advanced stats. I would value him much higher than this article does.
I would pull the trigger on the first trade offer, but man Telesco would have to have that guy ranked off the charts.
I still don't think we get to three though.

Rarely do I see anyone reference Memoirs of an Invisible Man. I'm a big John Carpenter fan, so of course I think it was underrated.Attyla wrote Thu Apr 18, 2024 9:17 am:Chevy Chase: Memiors of an Invisible Man (fantastic movie)

Loose Cannon for me is my guilty pleasure, but I am a huge Gene Hackman fan. Popeye Doyle just slayed me when I saw him that first time. To think Hackman got the lowest score when he was studying acting is amazing. and to think, he roommated with Dustin Hoffman and Robert Duvall. What a great movie it would have been to see all three in starring roles. Ah, what might have been.haji81872 wrote Fri Apr 19, 2024 6:11 am:Dr. Detroit was a guilty pleasure of mine.
He was excellent in Driving Miss Daisy which I would say wasn't a comedic role per se.
