I too wish this shit never happened, but if it happens then it may as well be a Chief. WR is the one spot where the Chiefs continue to struggle to find answers at I suppose, as they thought they had one WR sorted with Rice but now his 2024 is certainly in doubt. It will be interesting to see what his story is when he finally reports to authorities.signal wrote Mon Apr 01, 2024 7:09 am:I feel guilty saying this, and wish these things never happen, but, if had to happen, I am not going to lie, I did smile a bit knowing it was a guy from KC. I confess I am guilty. Maybe deep down there is a bit of a dark side, because I think most did not even think in these terms or am I not alone?

I know football in the big scheme of things does not matter, but damn, I just could not help myself thinking in terms of the football related implications. Maybe we are all a bit crazy. :)chucker wrote Mon Apr 01, 2024 7:39 am:I too wish this shit never happened, but if it happens then it may as well be a Chief. I'm glad everyone's okay in the Rice thing. But of course the 1st round pick Raider does this & it's the absolute worst possible situation... The Chief does it & the fucker probably gets suspended 6 games, maybe16 to 88 » Mon Apr 01, 2024 9:19 am
Getting his ducks in a row is exactly what he is doing.chucker wrote Mon Apr 01, 2024 6:53 am:There could be a difference in the alcohol consumed - we may never get information on that with Rice because he fled the scene. It seems like he may be trying to get his ducks in a row in terms of a "stolen car" or fall guy strategy right now as he's still not been found by police apparently. He'll be looking at major legal and league ramifications after fleeing the scene and then not reporting to police once it's evident they are looking for him. I'm assuming it was likely him driving and not an actual stolen car, although I guess a stolen car taken for a joyride is a remote possibility.

The fantasy football community was going crazy yesterday trying to figure out how to play the Rice situation. You’re far from alone.signal wrote Mon Apr 01, 2024 8:25 am:I know football in the big scheme of things does not matter, but damn, I just could not help myself thinking in terms of the football related implications. Like mentioned before, look at the history of Andy Reid teams. Andy has picked up all sorts of goons who've messed up. Im not about judging anyone but at this rate these millionaire athletes are basically living on another playing field. They'll get away with much more than the average person (yet will still claim victimhood, that others are more privileged) Andy Reid just kisses their ass16 to 88 » Tue Apr 02, 2024 10:32 pm
Yep, absolutely disgusting.Goodtimes333 wrote Tue Apr 02, 2024 9:03 am:Like mentioned before, look at the history of Andy Reid teams. Andy has picked up all sorts of goons who've messed up. I always am curious as to what the definition of contact is. If say a CB gets a hand on him does that go down as contact? Defender has and/or takes a bad angle and can only get an arm on his is that contact?chucker wrote Mon Apr 01, 2024 10:18 am:Rashee Rice is the runaway leader in yards after contact this offseason.

All of those cars had surprisingly good suspension to not flip over.BigJerk wrote Mon Apr 01, 2024 10:19 am:Vid:

Got this from ChiefsPlanet.
They debated for Dozens of pages Which one is Rice ... Was he driving?
What i see in the video:
The SUVs driver door is pinned shut. 3 guys get out, all on the passenger side. It was concluded Rice is the one in all black (red dewrag) he is 2nd to exit the front passenger door, "crawling" assumable because he was the driver and had to get over the console.
Make up your own mind.

You are not getting it, I think you should reread chucker’s post, especially the last word.16 to 88 wrote Tue Apr 02, 2024 10:40 pm:I always am curious as to what the definition of contact is.
