When he's on he's on. Check the Tennessee and Clemson games. Last year was rough. No doubt. But he also had 9 different ol combinations and walk ons playing line throughout the year due to injury. And his expected top wr missed the season with injury during the spring. It would be hard for any QB to succeed under those conditionsDark Horse wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 8:39 pm:6', rums a 4.95 and just when you think he might be good, he let's you down

It was pretty obvious? People thought Nix would go in the second and Pennix could be had late in the first or early seccond. It was obvious to no one. If itt was obvious to you how the draft would go then it would have been obvious there would be no way we could trade up.JTRaider wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 7:28 pm:I assume you are correct, they got cute with it and got bit. It was pretty obvious all of these guys would be gone before 13.
Well, at least we can hope all three of the tier two guys are awful. Silver linings I guess.

Consensus scouting is he can’t read defenses which leads to his few head scratching throws a game. All arm and no brain, bad moving in the pocket… I’d pass.vtraider wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 8:36 pm:Top level arm talent. Good accuracy. But a few head scratching plays a game. He has the talent to be a top QB. But needs a coach that can tame his wild side

Almost sounds like what some quarterback on our team went through last year...vtraider wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 8:42 pm:When he's on he's on. Check the Tennessee and Clemson games. Last year was rough. Jeevo got that screenshot right after the Broncos took Nix. Here is the room when we got a future All-Pro tight end:crowbar wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 8:38 pm:I'm not recording the draft & my tv only went back a little ways on rewinding live TV.
Does anybody have or can anybody post a pick/screen shot of the Raiders war room after the 1st pick please?

I was literally praying out loud we did not take Nix.NoClapsPlease » Thu Apr 25, 2024 8:52 pm
His feet are quick. 4.9 means nothing. I’m more concerned with foot speed.Dark Horse wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 8:39 pm:6', runs a 4.95 and just when you think he might be good, he let's you down

Yes he did. That was basically his only target because the guy they expected to be wr1 missed the seasonDark Horse wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 8:56 pm:He had Leggett who just went in the first round
