The offense needs to "Make it enough!"crowbar wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 8:12 pm:Well, the truth is...we need to get better on the offense more than the defense,so I'm backing off my bitching a little bit.
I look for this team to run the ball 40 times a game.
Time for some beef on the offensive line.

Head scratcher indeed...HesterLayes wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 9:35 pm:Most teams did pretty well..Atlanta screwed the pooch. They are in win-now mode and should have gotten a starter

Focusing on position is last generation thinking. We got pro bowl level playermaker and mismatch.rich72 wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 9:59 pm:Im still in disbelief that we chose a TE over spots we needed.

Mel Kiper praised the Raiders choice saying "good value". I don't subscribe, but a friend texted me that.GoodTimeCharlie » Thu Apr 25, 2024 10:17 pm
Welp, then I’ll just fall back on a well-worn Raider Nation phrase. “There’s always next year.”NoClapsPlease wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 9:06 pm:That’s fine - he can watch film all day and night, it doesn’t matter if he’s not considering the conditions at play.
Jordan Travis isn’t a starter imo. Doesn’t have the arm strength.

I was going to post my bold prediction that Penix would go before 13, but then the Atlanta interest became know so I didn't bother posting because it obvious.Dark Horse wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 8:57 pm:It was beyond obvious if you paid any attention

Correction, after scouring the www elsewhere this time I finally managed to find 2-3 boards with him in the first round. Not that they are reputable but they were out there. Even PFF didn't have him as a first round prospect (#36)...GoodTimeCharlie wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 10:19 pm:Those done this year.

Regardless of if they wanted to win the last few games or not, nobody here had a choice in the matter. So not sure why you think it’s some random poster’s fault for being happy winning games.RaiderFan1 wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 7:19 pm:Am I right that I am noticing that all the people crying over this pick were the ones that loved winning those last few meaningless games that took us out of contention to get one of the tier 1 QB’s in this draft ? How do those meaningless wins feel now?
Still no playoffs, still no QB

AP wanted to win last 2 games, all the players since it is their job and they are being judged wanted to win the last two games. It just what it's going to be.lakerfan7 wrote Thu Apr 25, 2024 10:53 pm:Regardless of if they wanted to win the last few games or not, nobody here had a choice in the matter.
